How much do samples cost?
To ensure we provide the highest level of dedicated customer service, we currently invoice for our samples. However, the full cost of your sample(s) will be completely refunded when you move forward with purchasing a full floor from us.
Why do you invoice for samples instead of offering them for free?
Our parquet samples are made of real, solid or engineered wood, which makes them quite heavy and costly to ship. By managing our sample requests this way, we can prevent a backlog of unverified requests and dedicate our time, resources, and hands-on customer service to clients who are actively looking to build their dream floor.
How do you ship samples and how long does it take?
Once your sample invoice is paid, we work quickly! Your samples will typically ship out within one business day. We ship all of our sample packages securely via UPS or FedEx.
Do you offer shipping discounts on full floor orders?
Yes! We proudly offer discounted shipping rates on full floor orders for our customers located here in Texas.
What if I am ordering a full floor outside of Texas?
If you are located elsewhere in the USA, we highly recommend reaching out to us directly before placing your full floor order. By working with us one-on-one, we can easily calculate a custom shipping rate for your specific location, which is almost always cheaper than standard automated shipping rates.
